Deep Community Roots
Cherry Tree has been in our family since 1998, when our parents bought the home with a clear purpose: to build a business that genuinely gave back to the people it served. For them, care wasn't a sector to invest in — it was a vocation. That outlook shaped everything from the way they hired staff to the way they spoke to residents' families. For over two decades they ran the home hands-on, growing it carefully. In 2015 they added a ten-room extension, expanding capacity without losing the intimate feel that defines Cherry Tree. In 2018 the next generation took over the day-to-day running — but the founding philosophy hasn't changed: stay close, stay involved, and measure success by the difference made in people's lives. The home sits in a tranquil setting on the edge of Saunderton, surrounded by grounds with a lake where geese and ducks are a familiar sight. It's the kind of place that doesn't feel like a facility — and that's entirely deliberate.
