Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Administer medications and treatments accurately and in line with medical guidelines.
• Monitor residents’ health, respond to changes, and update care plans accordingly.
• Supervise and support Care Assistants, ensuring best practices are followed.
• Communicate with families, doctors, and external healthcare providers.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Promote a safe, positive, and supportive environment for residents and staff.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Experience in elderly care or long-term care setting preferred, but not required.
• Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Compassion, patience, and a genuine commitment to caring for older adults.
